All our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Our warranty is a testament to our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. 

Warranty Terms

We guarantee that our backpacks are made from the highest quality materials and manufactured with accuracy and precision. Manufacturing defects include issues such as defective stitching, zipper failures, and similar problems that existed at the time of purchase.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, self-inflicted damage, negligent handling, bleaching, or inadequate maintenance. It is essential that the product is handled according to our usage and maintenance recommendations. The product’s lifespan can be affected by various environmental and physical factors.

Damage caused by user error, external influences, or incidents beyond normal use, such as wear and tear, holes, cuts, tears, or situations where the backpack is dropped or dragged, will not be covered by the warranty.

Warranty Claims

A Warranty claim must be reported to the place of purchase. Upon presentation of warranty claims, a receipt for purchase within the warranty period of 2 years must be presented.

International Customers

International warranty terms may vary from country to country. Please contact the store where you purchased the product in the respective country for further handling of the complaint.
